Program Director

“Bob” has over 36 years of experience in the global high-tech industry with diversified expertise in design engineering, quality, manufacturing operations, sales, marketing, and business management. Bob has held a multitude of senior/executive level engineering and manufacturing positions over the decades. Career highlights include 14 years with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), where he rose rapidly through the ranks of engineering into senior manufacturing management; overseeing a major global strategic sourcing initiative, among many other new product start-up activities.

Bob has been a serial entrepreneur, having founded several new ventures and a highly successful engineering and manufacturing company, which served the global high-tech industry. Since then, Bob has primarily consulted with select companies, helping them grow their markets and businesses internationally. With extensive knowledge of new product design, manufacturing processes, and assembly automation, Bob has designed and developed numerous new products and patented electromechanical test equipment. 

As a CAMT program director, Bob manages CAMT's Supplier Scouting program to help revitalize, grow, and sustain the manufacturing industry in Colorado.
