Kellen Squires

Project Director

Kellen Squires began his quality and process control career in the U.S. Air Force, where he managed transportation, storage, and maintenance functions for the second largest conventional munitions stockpile in the U.S. There, Kellen reduced the maintenance backlogs for various departments from 73% to complete elimination, reorganized the facility lay-out to save 5,000 square feet of storage space, increased safe storage of high explosive items, and ensured accountability through the re-introduction and preservation of performance standards.

Post- service, Kellen created a continuous improvement program from the ground up for an industrial steel pipe manufacturer in the Denver area. During his time as process control and ISO manager, the company decreased cycle time and lead time by over 60%, and revitalized their ISO system, reducing audit findings by 80%. Kellen now works with CAMT clients to help them achieve similar operational and quality excellence in their own facilities.
