John Samilian

Project Director

John Samilian has over 25 years of experience managing the manufacturing operations in a variety of industries, including injection molded plastics, sheet metal fabrication, powder coating and assembly. His experience includes managing the financial health of manufacturing plants, strategic purchasing of capital equipment, ensuring OSHA compliance, implementing MRP systems, inventory procedures and part numbering systems, as well as leading Lean implementations at several businesses over the past 15 years. As a CAMT project director, John works with CAMT clients to transform manufacturing operations into Lean environments.
