Cynthia Christie has over 25 years of experience working in, managing, and directing various functions including Product Design and Development, R&D, Production, Technical Sales, Test Engineering, Technical Sales and Service, Customer Service, and Field Service. Her diverse experience spans many manufacturing industries including aerospace, medical and security devices, electronics and contract manufacturers, foundries, hi-tech ceramics, wood-working, construction, and food processing.

Her work with small, medium and large manufacturers, distributors and high tech firms has resulted in over $11M in economic impact. Cynthia, CAMT Director of Regional Partnerships, has worked with over 50 manufacturers assisting in their journey toward profitability and performance excellence.
